October Break!

We have reached the half way point of the first term, and it has been a brilliant start to the year. No matter what challenges and difficulties we face, all the boys in the Concha family show a mature and understanding attitude. It is time now to take a well deserved break and return in a week’s time refreshed and ready to go again. For those staying with us on campus, we cannot wait to get started with all the amazing trips and activities we have planned for you. Take care everyone. Please get in touch soon. For some of you, see you in a week. 🙂

Bike ride with the boys!

What better way to spend a Saturday morning than to go for a bike ride through forests and alongside rivers.

It has been a busy start to this school year, and now we have reached the halfway point of the first term, it is a good time to get outside, unwind and switch off.

We embraced the fresh air and the beautiful nature, and we worked very hard physically. All of these factors form an extremely beneficial combination for our Wellbeing. Activities such as this one is perfect when nurturing our healthy bodies and minds.

Boarding Football Tournament – Concha vs Leman

Thursday evening saw the young Concha boys take on another senior boys Boarding House team, in the second installment of this year’s Football tournament.

The Concha boys started the game well with great tactics, shape and effort. With fantastic goals from Fady and Mr James, ConchAttack FC were leading at the half time whistle.

Half time: Concha 2 – 1 Leman

Leman started the second half with fury and quickly took charge of the game. Concha yet again showed great passion, incredibly hard work rate and there is a real sense of togetherness whenever we get together and play as a team. It is fantastic to see, it is a lot of fun and we are very proud of the attitude the young ones have when facing tough opposition from older students. Congratulations to Leman – they were worthy winners of the game and showed tremendous skill and teamwork throughout the game.

Final score: Concha 3 – 6 Leman

Man of the Match – Fady – he showed great ability and did not stop working throughout the whole game. Well done and thank you Fady.

Attendance – 8
