All our girls in Mies are leaving for the October holidays to have a well deserved rest! Have a great time and see you next week!!

Poor Marcos is staying for the holidays as Official Caretaker of Villa Mies. We hope he is up to the job!

Today we had a House Competition and had to cook a three course meal for three Very Important People.

We made tomato bruschetta, chicken in a mushroom sauce served with a baked potato and steamed vegetables, and a fondant au chocolat.

We had a lot of fun cooking together and hope the Judges enjoyed our creations!

On Saturday we went to the chocolate factory in Coppet and had a chocolate making lesson. It was great fun!
