Have you ever thought of being in trouble for what you’ve done on the Internet? Internet is a very nice convenient tool if you use it correctly but if you are not aware of what it can cause you could get in trouble.
Do you confirm a friend request from a stranger? Many teenagers today do but what is a problem of that? Imagin you are followed by a stranger in real life. You are reveiling all your information to them. Do you post something you would want to hide from the school (current school or even the school you are appling to) or from your parents? You better not. Everyone can access to your information uploaded. Even if you think you can delete it, you can’t. You can never delete it completely.
Although I don’t post many photos on social network, my profiles were set public, which means strangers can see my information. After I learned Internet safety in class, I set it private so that the information are protected.
