This weekend,  we had the second of our ski days as part of the winter program. The weather was not great, but we had a great time! Our beginners went to Leysin, and the advanced skiers went to Villars!

It is always a nice feeling to unwind and use whatever energy we have left at the end of a long day at school. These boys love Basketball!!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I wanted to inform you of some news regarding the staffing in Concha Blanca. Mr. Jaime has been selected to move to Olympus Boarding House, which is a Senior Boy’s Boarding House on campus.

Despite us all being very sad that Mr. Jaime will not be working and living in Concha Blanca for the remainder of the year, we are extremely grateful for everything that he has given to the students over the last 18 months, as well as the experience, hardwork, and professionalism he has brought to our team.

We are delighted that he will still be working within the CDL Family, and we look forward to seeing him for meals in the dining hall, and around campus in general.

Mr. Jaime, thank you for everything, amigo!!!

Here at CDL it is Respect Week and what better way to show respect to our community than picking up litter from our local footpaths. Thank you boys for doing such an amazing thing, we are very proud of you. All the boys enjoyed themselves and have asked to do it again next week.

Congratulations to Liam and Owen for already completing their individual projects for our third pillar of wellbeing – Building Positive Friendships. The boys chose to complete a LEGO project together. We are so proud of the teamwork and sharing skills they have shown us.
