On Saturday, our Boarding staff went to decorate Léman. The Christmas tree is now on 🎄

We also have our Bake-Off competition where the students baked a wonderful New York Cheesecake. The jury said that was super yummy.

Yesterday evening we celebrated the famous American Thanksgiving. We tried to share the values of this celebration all together like friendship, respect and turkey ;).

Armin had a performance last night in the Auditorium with his classmates.

He showed great skills on the play.

Jamil attended the running club on Saturday.

He really had a lot of fun. Other of his roommates expressed their willingness to join the club and run together on Saturdays.

Armin attended the Paris trip this weekend with other Boarders.

He had the chance to visit all the French Capital symbols like La Tour Eiffel, Le Louvre Les Champs Elysées.

Our students also enjoyed delicious french food.

Next trip will be Europapark in Décember  

We have spent a good weekend where we invited some friends from other houses. We were visiting Geneva on Saturday. Finally, we had the chance to play laser tag on Sunday and of course, take care of our homework.

From now until the end of the school year, all the Boarding students are going to have each Thursday in the house.
It’s a nice way to share a moment all together in the house. Have a talk about the day, and the plans for the weekend or share some recipes from the respective countries.
Tonight we had Chilli con Carne !!!

On Sunday evening, we prepared some popcorn and watched an episode of the famous Netflix Tv Show “Black Mirror”.

The episode of the Playtest tells the story of a lonely young man who participates in a Virtual Reality Video Game experience.

After watching the episode, we exchanged with the students about the moral of the movie and the different messages that it implies.
Armin, Lyam and Taha shared with us their point of view regarding   VR technology, Metaverse,  the internet, friendships, trust and family.

They enjoyed the experience and are willing to do it again.

This morning Armin and Taha attend the Chess Club.

After  6 games, Armin won 5 of them. But Taha will try to get his revenge next Sunday.

Armin’s next move will be to play against students from other houses and try to become one of the best players in the school. We will keep you updated about his performances 🙂

This morning, Armin and Lyam left for the Surf Camp in Lisbon organized by the Boarding Activities Department.

We wish them to have good weather, good waves, and a lot of fun.
