Good sleep and meditation

In our session today, we talked about how it has been this first week of school. The girls have been sleeping well and are getting used to their new life in the Boarding Community. It has been an interesting session, since we tried a ten minute meditation-relaxation session and for most of the girls it was really nice and relaxing, for others it was quite challenging to let go and focus on their presence. I was glad to see that the girls appreciated. Looking forward to our next well being session!!!
