I really enjoyed the International Award this year. I learned a lot of skills I never would have known if I hadn’t joined like mapping or navigating, for instance. My group has been really great! We get along extremely well and we all are good at different things which help us a lot along the way. The Adventurous Journey was super fun, no matter how painful it sounds. 12 hours total of hiking doesn’t sound very great, but it was! You get to spend time with your friends along the way, and sing and chant so it goes by quickly! There may have been a few aches and pains, but they go away. I really enjoyed IA this year and am very glad I did it!
