Requirements:
- 6 months skill
- 6 months voluntary service
- 6 months physical recreation
- 3 day, 2 night Adventurous Journey with 7 hours purposeful activity per day.
Direct entrants (those who have not done Bronze level) must also do an additional 6 months of skill/service/physical recreation
