Requirements
- 12 months skill
- 12 months voluntary service
- 12 months physical recreation
- 4 day, 3 night Adventurous Journey with 8 hours purposeful activity per day.
- 5 day/4 night residential project to be undertaken away from home.
Direct entrants (those who have not done Silver level) must also do an additional 6 months of skill/service/physical recreation
