This past weekend, our girls teamed up with great enthusiasm to create this beautiful gingerbread house for the House Competition. The whole house was filled with the warm, sweet smell of ginger and spice . A true scent of Christmas that made Ecureuil feel even more like home. Their teamwork, creativity, and festive spirit were wonderful to see!!

Tonight we enjoyed another international dinner in the house: Nasi Goreng. Nasi Goreng is a traditional Southeast Asian fried rice dish made with pre-cooked rice stir-fried with a small amount of oil and seasoned with sweet soy sauce, shallots, garlic, shrimp paste, tamarind, and chili. It is often served with additional ingredients such as egg, chicken, prawns, or vegetables.
Another relaxing night enjoying ourselves before our departure for Winter Break !!
