Last night, for our International Dinner, the kitchen staff prepared a lovely Turkish dinner.
As you can imagine, our Ada was very excited to share a piece of home with her friends, and they all sat together to enjoy some traditional Turkish food.

Today we celebrated a huge milestone for Manuela as she completed her first Half-Marathon ever!
Manuela has been training for the Half-Marathon since August and she described the experience as something she will never forget, and she recommends other students to sign up for next year’s race. It was her first time running more than 10 kilometers on a row, and she did 21k!
Manuela is an example of dedication and hard-work and we couldn’t be prouder!
Today, Ada enjoyed an educational visit to Bioparc Geneva.
Home to over 300 animal speciesβ100 of which are endangeredβBioparc is dedicated to the preservation and conservation of wildlife. Its mission is not only to protect these animals but also to raise awareness about biodiversity and sustainability.
We love encouraging our Boarders to engage with the community. With this first visit, we hope our students will take part in future workshops and even volunteer to support the important work Bioparc is doing.
Last night, we introduced Pillar 5 of our Wellbeing Program: Making Safe and Responsible Choices. With this pillar, we want to encourage students to reflect on how their actions can impact not only themselves but also others, and how thoughtful decision-making is fundamental to build a supportive community around them.
To launch the pillar, we watched a video by Mr. Manu where he introduced the topic, the students participating in this pillar, the goals, and the take-away point we would be discussing during the next couple of weeks.
Following the video, the group took part in a discussion, reflecting on two key takeaway points for this pillar:

Last Monday, our G12 students started their AP exams, followed by their End-of-Year exams at the end of the month.
Believe in yourself and your knowledge, you’ve been preparing for this test for a year, you can do it!

Tonight we celebrated Sofiya’s 18th birthday! We reunited in the kitchen to sing Happy Birthday and share a delicious cheesecake. We enjoyed a lovely evening where the girls disconnected, for 30 minutes, from their exams and their studies.
Sofiya, we wish you all the best on this day; be as amazing as you always are, and don’t let anyone tell you what you can or can’t achieve. We are very proud of you!

With spring bringing new energy and final exams just around the corner, our weekend activities offered students a much-needed break. Aleja took part in a tennis session, staying active and engaged. Meanwhile, Manuela joined a body shaping class β an ideal way to release tension and refocus as she prepares for her end-of-year assessments. These moments of movement and mindfulness help our students stay balanced and motivated.

We invite our staff & students to take part in an extraordinary event 17th may: a 24-hour non-stop run to support cancer research. Whether they’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, or just want to be part of something meaningful, everyone is welcome.
How it works:
The event runs continuously for 24 hours. They can participate solo or as part of a team and take turns running or walking. They choose how long and how far they want to goβevery step counts!
Why we run:
All funds raised will go directly to cancer research. By joining us, They’re helping to support new treatments, give hope to patients, and work toward a future without cancer.
This is more than a raceβit’s a movement.
If you would like to contribute to this important cause, please scan the QR code to make a donation.

We are pleased to introduce the May Fitness Challenge!
Each day, students will be challenged to try a different activity and will be able to win special rewards at the end of the month! With this initiative, we want students to forget about their textbooks for 5 minutes a day and get involved in some stress-relieving activities before their end-of-year exams next month.

Last Monday, Haruka started her final IB exams. During the next two weeks, she will test all the knowledge she has acquired during these two years of preparation for the IB exams.
We’re sure you’re going to ace it, Haruka!
