Dear all,
Tonight, we had the chance to enjoy a Thai dinner full of flavour and color. From the first bite to the last, it was all about the perfect mix of sweet, salty, spicy, and sour—everything Thai food is known for.
Thai cuisine uses a lot of fresh ingredients like lemongrass, lime, chili, coconut milk, and herbs like Thai basil and coriander. Dishes often mix different textures too—crunchy, creamy, soft, and chewy—all in one plate!
Did you know Thailand is home to over 40,000 temples? It’s also the only Southeast Asian country that was never colonized, and that strong cultural identity really shows in their food. Street food is a big part of daily life there—Pad Thai, sticky rice with mango, and green curry are just a few of the favourites.
