Brazilian Night!

Dear all,

Last Wednesday we enjoyed a fantastic barbecue in Concha, and the food had a delicious Brazilian touch. On the table, we had a Brazilian salad with corn, avocado, and tomato—fresh and full of flavor. Then came the star of the evening: Feijoada, a traditional stew with pork or chicken, rich and hearty. To cool things down, there was also some gazpacho, which was perfect for the warm weather.

Feijoada is one of Brazil’s most iconic dishes, usually made with black beans and different cuts of meat. It’s a dish that brings people together, often served during big family or community meals. Fun fact: Brazil is home to over 4 million Portuguese speakers in São Paulo alone—it’s the biggest Portuguese-speaking city in the world!
