Tonight, we had the chance to enjoy a Singaporean dinner, and the mix of flavors was amazing. We tried Singapore rice noodles with beef, chicken rice, tofu stir-fry, and sautéed vegetables—a great balance of spices, textures, and fresh ingredients.
Did you know Singapore is both a city and a country? It’s made up of 63 islands, and despite being small, it’s one of the most multicultural places in the world. That diversity is clearly reflected in its food!
