Today, our Level 6 students attended the Awards Ceremony, and Champs-des-Bois was proudly represented!

Paul-David (BIL6/2) received the Prize for Contribution to Student Life, a Gold Certificate for his REACH project, and an honourable mention for his dedicated service as Class Representative.
Manamitsu (G6/5) also earned the Prize for Contribution to Student Life, a testament to his positive impact on our community.

Huge congratulations to these two outstanding students! Their commitment to academic life and student leadership throughout the year has truly paid off. We’re so proud of you—well done, boys!

Today we celebrated an incredible milestone for Chika and Donny—graduating from Grade 5! 🎉 Well done, boys! This is a huge achievement, and the memories you’ve made in Primary will stay with you for life. Now, it’s time to look ahead to Grade 6 and the exciting adventures that await in Middle School. You’ve got this!

This weekend marked our final one in the house for this year, and we made the most of it!
On Saturday, a few of the Juniors headed into Geneva for a bit of exploration and some (much-needed?) last-minute shopping.

Then on Sunday, the entire boarding community came together for the End of Year Party. The boys had an amazing time — a perfect way to wrap up the year on a high note!

What better way to beat the heat than spending the afternoon at the pool with our fellow Terray teammates?

After lunch at Leman and a bit of rest at home, those of us who didn’t head to Geneva made our way to the pool. We spent the afternoon swimming, playing with the ball and tossing the frisbee. These poolside afternoons will remain in their memories forever.

Today, we celebrated Chika’s 12th birthday in the most delightful way!

The day began with a lively pool party during school, setting the tone for a fun-filled celebration. At dinner, we gathered for a cheerful round of birthday singing. Just when Chika thought the surprises were over, he was caught completely off guard by an impromptu cake session at home—much to his shock and delight; good on his Big Brother Mana with the luring in! The day concluded with a cosy movie, complete with all his favourite snacks. A truly memorable birthday from start to finish!

Tonight, we had the chance to enjoy a Singaporean dinner, and the mix of flavors was amazing. We tried Singapore rice noodles with beef, chicken rice, tofu stir-fry, and sautéed vegetables—a great balance of spices, textures, and fresh ingredients.

Did you know Singapore is both a city and a country? It’s made up of 63 islands, and despite being small, it’s one of the most multicultural places in the world. That diversity is clearly reflected in its food!

Dear all,

This morning our Grade 5 students – Chika and Donny – participated in a Shakespeare Showcase, their unique take on ‘Romeo & Juliet’, that was performed in small scattered scetions around the Concha Garden. It was a really original way to show off the play, and the kids did fantastic; across the board!

Well done to Chika, Donny, all the kids, and everyone who helped make the event happen – it was brilliant!

As the year comes to a close, the boys marked our time together with a simple heartfelt art project—pressing their painted hands onto a shared canvas. (I think it is safe to say the ensuing chaos goes without saying!) It’s a colorful reminder of the bonds we’ve built since August. 🖌️
