For this weekends Culinary adventure Jonathan learnt how to make a Carribean dessert with passion fruit and mascarpone!

Today is Jules 17th Birthday!

We are really happy to celebrate this special day with him.

The boys surprised Jules as he came back from his birthday dinner by hiding and popping out with a cake as he was signing in.

The next challenge in our House Competition was the bake-off!

Karim and Nadim, by themselves, made a cold brew cake with honey icing.

It may not have gone entirely to plan, but they had a lot of fun doing it!

Jonathan spent this morning cooking up a storm with Diego in our weekly Cooking Club!

This year I have six large reasons to be thankful, and it was lovely to sit down with those reasons and share a meal.

For tonights International Dinner, we had Poutine from Canada!

This evening we watched a tense opening match between France and Australia.

Both Nadim and Jules, being from France, were relieved at the 4 – 1 final result – especially after Australias goal in the first 15 min!

We are fans of cold brew in the house and enjoy making it from scratch. We tried out some new beans and water to bean ratio, and it turned out great!
