Wellbeing Pillar 4 – Online Safety

Thursday evening was full of reflections. Online safety was put on the table and the children discussed the importance of not sharing their personal information when surfing on the internet or using social media.

We worked together to find useful and safe usernames and passwords and got to this conclusion:

Stay safe and be…

SSafety (Don’t give away personal information to people/places you don’t know.)

MMeeting up (Meeting up someone you have only been in touch with online can be dangerous. Always check with an adult you trust.)

AAccepting files (Accepting emails, files, pictures or texts from people you don’t know can cause problems.)

R Reliable? (Check information before you believe it. Is the person or website telling the truth?)

T – Β Tell someone (Tell an adult if someone or something makes you feel worried or uncomfortable.)

Ski Camp’s Back

The first to arrive back from our little break are our Ski Camp stars. Well done boys we have lots of good things about your behaviour and great efforts to improve your skiing skills! So nice to have you back in CDB.

One great day before break

Today was the last day of school before the February Break. Few of our students had the opportunity to go Ice Skating with their class. Helmets, Gloves, and Genuine Smile were mandatory. They had a great day before a well-deserved break.

Saturday Activities

The children had lots of fun participating in their activities today. The super climbers reached new heights, the arts and crafters learned how to crochet and Matvei showed off his skills in volleyball. We are proud of all of them for wanting to continue learning and improving !
