A new club was created recently and joined our galaxy of different activities that we offer to our students; Mountain Biking. Today was the first try, at first, the students had some time to get familiar with their bikes and then they went on a more challenging path. Jamil really liked it and will return in two weeks.
Diego had the chance to join his friends to relax and swim in the Spa of Les Bains de Lavey. The water was warm and the sun showed up just before they arrived 🏊♂️😎
Jamil took part in the Running Club with 2 of his friends on Saturday.
They went running around Versoix and were lucky enough to avoid rain.
Diego just came back from the Winter camp.
He took part in the 50/50 program, for the first 3 days he learned to ski and for the next 3 days, he took part in some fun activities. He helped his team in the Escape Room, tried to slide the stone to the centre in Curling and went down on the snow tubing. He came back with a big smile and is looking forward to coming back next year.
This Tuesday we celebrated Valentine’s day in the Boarding.
We had a delicious meal, chocolates and flowers.
It’s a very special and unique day, and it’s important to say I love you to people you really care about, like your parents, family and friends.
On Sunday, 3 of our boys, Armin, Diego and Lyam, took part in community service.
They gave their time and energy to the community by cleaning the campus.
This Sunday evening, Jamil went to Villa Franconis and met Nihad, a 12th Grade student who helped him with homeworks and a class project.
Despite the fact that we have an amazing team of teachers we always encourage our students to be benevolent towards their peers, and help each others.
On Saturday evening, Diego went to Villa du Lac and took part in a culinary activity. He really enjoyed it and brought back a delicious meal:
Roasted potatoes with spicy sauce, he shared with his housemates that enjoyed his cooking skills.
Saturday morning, Micha and Jamil went running in Versoix, and managed to go near the lake to enjoy the beautiful view.
♟️After Brunch, Armin & Taha defeated each other in a few chess duels.
