Biking Around.

This afternoon, Karim and I went for a lovely (but muddy) bike ride around the Versoix woods.

“Do I Smell Pancakes?!”

This morning, Karim and I had ourselves a lovely breakfast of pancakes, bacon and toast with cream cheese, alongside.

The Beginning

Stacks On Stacks

Omar “helped” a little too…the orange juice didn’t just pour itself after all.

Introducing Omar!

This is Omar, our House Representative! Omar loves cars, sandwichs with chocolate spread and drifting (and his three hour SAT prep class of course!)

His first night in Franconis! Look at that smile.

Working hard. Online shopping requires a lot of focus.

Running, Tennis & Golf.

This weekend we started with Jules joining the running club.

The rain did not stop our runners.

Brunch was the perfect fuel for our students.

Lots of calories and vitamins.

For a day full of activities such as tennis.

…and golf.

October Boarding Assembly

This evening we had our second Boarding Assembly of the year.

We touched on many topics, ranging from sharing all of the good things that have happened in our first month at school to Pillar 1 of our Wellbeing Program – of which both Karim and Jules are student advocates.

Karim and Jules giving a short but sweet talk about what they do to stay active and how it helps them.

Quizzically Disney.

This evening, Karim and Nadim represented Franconis in the second challenge of the House Competition: the Disney Quiz!

“Was…Was Simba’s dad named…Paul?”

Karim smiling after they were the only ones to know who originally sung Let It Go.

While they didn’t win, they definitely tried their best and all I will say is…

Let It Go.
