🇲🇦✨ An Evening of Moroccan Cuisine & Culture

The Léman Boarding House enjoyed its monthly “dinner at home” tradition with a comforting and fun menu. This time, students built their own hot dogs with a wide range of tasty toppings, paired with creamy mac and cheese. The highlight for many was the classic éclairs au chocolat for dessert. Having the entire cafeteria to themselves makes these evenings feel relaxed and special, giving the boarders a chance to unwind, share laughs and enjoy quality time together as a house.

Just before everybody started to come…the plates were already empty!

Doesn’t this look great?!

After a long break, CDL proudly hosted its first British International Dinner, bringing everyone back together around good food and great conversation. The evening was a wonderful opportunity to catch up after the holidays, reconnect and enjoy some quality time as a community. Guests were treated to a classic British-inspired menu featuring roast beef with tartar sauce, tomato beans, hearty chicken pie and a delicious vegetarian Wellington. The meal was perfectly rounded off with a comforting slice of carrot cake for dessert. Laughter, shared stories, and a warm atmosphere made the night a memorable and much-needed reunion for all who attended.
