Our Trip to Lausanne

My name is Amirreza, I am 16 from Iran and I am living in Leman 1.

Last Thursday it was a sunny day and we went to Lausanne because it was a holiday. Lausanne is next to the lake and there was a lot of clothes shops. Some people went to shoppping and so did I. After that we got into the bus and went to the Olympics museum and ate our lunch outside. After that we went inside to see what there was. I was interested in a wall that had all the Olympic torches on it. The earlier torches are designed simple but the newer torches are designed modern. There was a place with all the flags of the countries and I tried to find my country flag which is Iran. I was also interested in the bicycles which were beautiful and I took a picture for you.

Cycle Challenge Geneva-Nice

This Year, Leman 1 House Parents (Ricardo And Morgan, together with Thomas) are Cycling from Geneva to Nice through the Alps (700Kms) to raise money to finish an Orphanage in Zambia.
