Wellbeing Session Three

On Sunday night we continued developing our Wellbeing Program. The boys participated in a brainstorm that Mr. Erik prepared. Mr. Erik proposed many different questions looking for answers about how we could improve our wellbeing in terms of exercise, rest time or organisation, that also affects our daily wellbeing. We listened carefully to the different and interesting answers of the boys and we took note as well of the different suggestions that they proposed.
