Today we made the “risotto”.
I asked the students to tell me what ingredients they wanted to put in the risotto and the result is this:
Risotto with gorgonzola and chicken ……very, very good !!!

It wasn’t typical wakeboarding weather this morning, however, 4 brave Olympus boys still wanted to embrace the lake! Well done boys!
