Tonight was the Boarding assembly for our leavers, a chance to say well done to them for all their accomplishments. And sadly, it will soon be time to say goodbye to our VDL leaver, Katya. However, on a more positive note, the evening was opened by a wonderful rendition of ‘The Climb’ by our very own Sue.

Collège du Léman is pleased to invite you to an exceptional violin concert from our boarding student Daniel Lozakovich.

Daniel Lozakovich’s majestic music-making has left critics and audiences spellbound. “Perfect mastery. An exceptional talent,” observed Le Figaro after a recent performance, while the Boston Globe praised the “poise, tonal purity, and technique to spare” of his debut with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Andris Nelsons at Tanglewood.

All the funds raised will be donated to the Blackswan Foundation (https://www.blackswanfoundation.ch), which promotes research for rare and orphan diseases around the world.

Last house meal before the break, an amazing Pizza night prepared by Mr. Salva. We can’t thank him enough, it was absolutely delicious!

Tonight, the Leman House hosted an ‘Epic Boarding Concert’, where all profits went to raise money for the Tomás Costa appeal. It was a wonderful evening with performances from staff and students alike. A wonderful contribution, our own House Tutors Ms. Josie and Ms. Arshia performed and we’d like to say well done to everyone who was involved!!
