Thanks to all those involved in preparing us a superb Italian Feast!

This weekend we were exceptionally busy in Concha. We started on Friday night with a Ceilidh practice with the girls of Old Portena, some of the boys then went to a BeatBox concert with Mr Matt. On Saturday we were kept busy with, swimming, climbing, 3D printing workshop and a rugby tournament, both as spectators and players. Our Sunday trip was to a watch factory and museum. Photos of our activities are below.

Today myself and Mr Josh had the opportunity to go and watch some of our boys participate in a Rugby training camp with a few matches at the end! We were impressed with the progress made by the boys and the sheer sportsmanship on display. Well done Concha Boys!

Last night we were afforded the opportunity to “suit up” and attend a black and white dinner just before the Holidays. It added a little extra something to the normal midweek dinner and was fantastic.  Thanks Diego!

This weekend has again been an eventful one in Concha, but the highlight of the weekend being todays Masterchef Competition.

We decided to make Sizzling Moroccan Prawns served on a bed of couscous and seasonal veg. And for desert we had a chocolate fondant cake. It looked amazing and the smells coming from the Kitchen in Concha were Unreal! Well done boys!

This evening we had an international dinner, made by our Chinese community and it was superb! Thanks to those involved!
