A Weekend Full of Activities for Olympus Boys

This past weekend was packed with excitement, engagement, and energy for the Olympus boys at Collège du Léman. As well as the newly launched Community Service Club’s litter-picking initiative and the thrilling Fun Climbing Cup, our students took part in a variety of sporting activities that tested their skills and endurance.

From tennis and badminton to boxing and stretching classes, our boys embraced the opportunity to stay active and challenge themselves.

It was truly a well-rounded weekend, offering a mix of physical challenge, environmental responsibility, and teamwork. A huge thank you to everyone who took part! We look forward to even more exciting weekends ahead—so stay tuned for what’s next!

New Community Service Club Kicks Off with Litter-Picking Initiative

The newly formed Community Service Club at Collège du Léman has officially launched, and its first activity set a fantastic precedent for student engagement and environmental responsibility. Over the weekend, students came together to participate in a litter-picking initiative, making a tangible difference in keeping our campus and local areas clean.

Kiarash and Alican from our house took part in this effort, demonstrating a strong commitment to community involvement. Armed with gloves and trash bags, they joined other volunteers in clearing waste, showing that small actions can have a significant impact.

This is just the beginning for the Community Service Club, which aims to provide students with meaningful opportunities to give back. Whether through environmental projects, charity work, or other initiatives, the club is set to become an integral part of school life.

A big thank you to all who participated! If you’re interested in joining, keep an eye out for upcoming events—there’s always a way to contribute and make a difference.

The Fun Climbing Cup 2025: A Day of Thrills and Team Spirit

This past Sunday, March 30, the much-anticipated Fun Climbing Cup brought together students for an exciting day of competition, camaraderie, and climbing challenges. With at least one participant from each house representing their team, the event was not just about individual achievements but also about earning valuable points for the ongoing House Competition.

The energy in the climbing gym was electric from the start. Participants of all skill levels took on a variety of routes, pushing themselves to new heights—literally! The supportive atmosphere was evident, with students cheering each other on and celebrating every successful ascent. Whether it was a seasoned climber reaching a difficult hold or a beginner making it to the top for the first time, every achievement was met with enthusiasm.

Beyond the competition, the event was a fantastic opportunity for boarding students to connect, try something new, and enjoy the challenge together. The spirit of encouragement and teamwork was on full display, making the Fun Climbing Cup more than just a contest—it was a celebration of perseverance and sportsmanship.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this event such a success! If you weren’t able to join this time, don’t worry—there will be plenty more opportunities to take part in upcoming competitions. Until then, keep climbing and keep pushing your limits!
