Dinner at Home

On Tuesday this week, with many students away on the overnight Discovery Days, those who stayed behind enjoyed a quieter evening together in the boarding house. Dinner was delivered to our door, with kebabs providing a relaxed and tasty meal. The smaller group made for easy conversation, giving everyone the chance to connect as house members and enjoy a more intimate atmosphere.

Afterwards, the evening continued with games of pool, chess, and table football. It was a simple but meaningful way to spend time together, turning an ordinary night into one filled with laughter, friendly competition, and the comfort of good company.

Mountain Weekend

This weekend, our boarding community set off for the mountains, with the older students heading to Verbier and the Grade 10 students enjoying their stay in Leysin. Both destinations offered a perfect balance of fresh air, activity, and friendship, with everyone able to choose from an exciting array of sports, including mountain biking, hiking, the ropes course, and rock climbing. Surrounded by alpine scenery, it was the ideal setting to embrace both adventure and the outdoors.
The mountain views were breathtaking, with valleys stretching far below and neighbouring summits already topped with snow. In town, the atmosphere was equally engaging, as the Spartan Race event brought visitors and a lively, cheerful energy. Our students soaked up the vibrant setting, making the most of the opportunity to experience the unique rhythm of mountain life.
Evenings were just as memorable. Whether gathered around a game of cards, a pool match, or table tennis, the time spent together was full of laughter and house spirit. Dining out with friends added to the sense of occasion, rounding off a weekend that blended activity, discovery, and simple moments of joy in the company of peers.
