The last year we did the amazing courses of Italian Cuisine. This year we want to repeat the same wonderful experience and for starting we did Risotto with Gorgonzola!!!

Today we made the “risotto”.

I asked the students to tell me what ingredients they wanted to put in the risotto and the result is this:
