We were brought to the present moment and were able to leave the stress behind the door.

It started to get darker earlier so our activity leader Dia introduced this method of taking photos with lights to us.

Today we were baking Pastéis de nata aka Pastel de nata – a traditional Portuguese egg custard tart pastry.
