We have been back a week and already the summer sun seems like a distant memory and we all felt the inevitable arrival of autumn, accompanied by a lot of wind and rain! This weekend was one for indoor activities and the girls indulged in some of their favourites, such as chess, stretching and relaxation, horse riding, and tennis.
The house truly becomes a home when we can be cozy and relaxed, shielded from the rain and chilly temperatures outside! Many films were watched, hot chocolates consumed and teas made! βπΏπ¬

Dear all,
The first 8 weeks have flown by here in Villa du Lac and, having shared many moments of fun and excitement together, we are now bidding bon voyage to all the girls as they head off on their much-deserved holidays!
We wish all the girls a wonderful and refreshing break, and are looking forward to making many more happy memories together on their return.
Please note that we will be closed from Sunday the 15th of October at 9am until Saturday the 28th at 9am.

This evening, some of the girls participated in the second match of the basketball tournament against Concha. They played exceptionally well, and we are all extremely proud of them! Keep up the great effort!

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully completed the puzzle! After spending some quality time piecing it together, we can proudly say that Harry Potter has emerged from the 1500-piece jigsaw.

This weekend, twelve VdL girls embarked on an unforgettable adventure to Disneyland, where they immersed themselves in the enchanting world of thrilling rides, encounters with beloved Disney characters, and mesmerizing fireworks displays commemorating the park’s 30th anniversary. Their collective experience was nothing short of magical, leaving them incredibly happy, though a tad weary, from the exhilarating weekend.
Meanwhile, back in VdL, the girls also seized the opportunity to engage in a diverse array of activities. From friendly matches of tennis and intense bouts of chess to culinary adventures in the kitchen and even an excursion to another amusement park, their days were filled with fun and laughter.
We can safely say that a restful night’s sleep awaits us all, our dreams filled with the wonderful memories we created this weekend.
