Today we cook poke bowl with the Grade 12.Sarah was the head chef this time.It was a calm dinner before some of them started the exams.

For Sunday dinner, the 12th-grade girls with Monica decided to make tacos. Lola running the kitchen together with Monica the girls learned how to make tacos so that when they go to university next year they will know how to cook. Please keep an eye out for the next dish the girls will learn the next recipe.

Our first Boarder of the week of 2024 is Sedef. She did an amazing performance during the Monthly Boarding Assembly-you can see the incredible appreciation of the audience 😁👏.

Not only was it a beautiful performance, but what impressed us the most was that Sedef took the opportunity to step out of her comfort zone and do something that she might not have had the confidence to do in the past.

Congratulations Sedef, what an achievement❤️❤️!!!!

Bella and Sarah went to Warsaw with the volleyball team for a tournament representing CDL. The female team won the tournament.CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Today during the house Meeting Laura Jaen presented pillar 1 as the advocate. This week is the sleep challenge and they choose one thing to do before bedtime to improve their sleep.

Today is Maria’s birthday. She spent the day with her mum and when she came back to  Villa du Lac we celebrated it here. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARIA!!!

Today we had our welcome Assembly and after we enjoyed delicious food typical of SWITZERLAND.

Today the girls did a treasure hunt. Regina’s team win congratulations.

Today the new girls in Villa du Lac had a busy day at the school and also in Boarding but they always had smiles on their faces. It is so nice to have all these new faces and we cannot wait to welcome the returning girls tomorrow.
