A Fun-Filled Weekend at the Boarding House

This weekend the girls enjoyed a nice balance of activity and relaxation, making the most of their time both in and out of the house.

For those who enjoy staying active, there were plenty of opportunities to get moving. Tennis matches were in full swing, with some friendly competition on the courts. Others found their zen with Pilates and stretching sessions that helped everyone feel energized and centered.

Meanwhile, others enjoyed a quiet afternoon of chess in Leman, while Evelyn and Elena took to the outdoors to soak up the spring sunshine, gardening and tending to the plants.

Of course, it wasnโ€™t all about staying close to home. A group of girls headed to Geneva for a day of shopping, sightseeing, and catching up with friends. The weekend also saw a few late birthday celebrations, complete with laughter, flowers, and unforgettable memories.

All in all, it was a weekend filled with fun, relaxation, and a little adventure โ€“ the perfect way to recharge before another busy week ahead!

Pilar Healthy Bodies and Mind

Today, we launched the Pilar “Healthy Bodies and Mind “. In the first week, the girls learned about the importance of calories and the right balance of proteins and carbohydrates needed for a healthy plate.

We showed them a video on the topic, followed by a discussion about the key takeaways. We also emphasized the importance of having a colorful plate, as variety in food ensures a well-balanced diet.

It was a great start, and we look forward to building on this foundation in the coming weeks!

CDL Girls Volleyball Tournament
