Wellbeing Pillar 4

Today the girls show a video about the benefits of being active. Being active improves physical health, boosts mood, and increases energy levels. It helps maintain a healthy weight, strengthens muscles and bones, and reduces the risk of diseases. Regular activity enhances focus, reduces stress, and promotes better sleep, leading to a healthier and happier life.

A Fun-Filled Weekend at the Boarding House

This weekend the girls enjoyed a nice balance of activity and relaxation, making the most of their time both in and out of the house.

For those who enjoy staying active, there were plenty of opportunities to get moving. Tennis matches were in full swing, with some friendly competition on the courts. Others found their zen with Pilates and stretching sessions that helped everyone feel energized and centered.

Meanwhile, others enjoyed a quiet afternoon of chess in Leman, while Evelyn and Elena took to the outdoors to soak up the spring sunshine, gardening and tending to the plants.

Of course, it wasn’t all about staying close to home. A group of girls headed to Geneva for a day of shopping, sightseeing, and catching up with friends. The weekend also saw a few late birthday celebrations, complete with laughter, flowers, and unforgettable memories.

All in all, it was a weekend filled with fun, relaxation, and a little adventure – the perfect way to recharge before another busy week ahead!

Weekend activities!!!!

This weekend, our students enjoyed a schedule packed with activities to relax, stay active, and develop new skills.

Saturday kicked off with an exciting tennis time, where participants worked on their technique and reflexes while enjoying the great weather. Later, in the kitchen, the cooking group prepared delicious recipes, testing their creativity and teamwork.

Sunday was all about well-being, with stretching and pilates sessionsβ€”perfect for improving flexibility, posture, and releasing tension before a new week begins.

And we introduced a brand-new activity at the boarding! 🎨✨ Our first Art Club session provided a space for students to express themselves through drawing and painting in a relaxed and creative environment. We were truly impressed by the talent we saw!

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and brought their energy to each activity. See you next weekend for more surprises!
