The Halloween celebrations continued throughout the week! Lola enjoyed having her friends over as they got ready for the middle school Halloween dance!

On Wednesday October 30th we had Maeva, Fabiola and Angela represent Villa du Lac at the Boarding House Competition. They worked together and created this spooky looking Jack-o-Lantern!

Yesterday we enjoyed Halloween spirit in Villa du Lac.

Many friends, colleagues and especially the little juniors from other boarding-villas came to visit us. We had tricks and treats, shared sweets and drinks, watched movies, listened music, karaoke and other entertaining activities.

Everybody enjoyed the evening 🙂

Last weekend Yasmina participated at the Concours de Saut International in Barbizon, and finished 3rd place in 140cm Class and 2nd place in the 135 Class!

Well done Yasmina. We are very proud of you!

Today the Disneyland Paris weekend comes to an end 🧚…but this is only the beginning! There will be many more exciting trips for our boarders at CDL throughout the year.

This afternoon children from all Houses went to the Advenure Park in Bougy-Villard. There was zip-lining, obstacle course, tree climbing and an overwhelming feeling of fun  ☀️ The entire Lake Léman is visible from the park, the perfect place to take pictures 😊

Yesterday evening some of the senior girls attended a Presentation by top US universities, this was their only presentation in Geneva. It was a great opportunities for them to ask the representatives questions about the curriculums 📝

For the Well Being Program tonight we decided to learn about nutrition and healthy eating by sharing a meal together in the house. We recognized how easy it can be to create a meal that is made up of healthy and nutritious foods.

Friday evening we enjoyed an international barbecue while listening to students and staff singing.

At cooking and baking we had fun using our creative sides to make a delicious pastry!

During our biking session we spent time in the sun while appreciating the surroundings of nature around us.

It was the perfect weekend to spend time on the Banana Boats, where we tried our best not to fall in!
