VALENTINE’S DAY

Today, our school woke up to an atmosphere filled with joy, excitement, and, most of all, LOVE. From the very start of the morning, the girls received a special surprise: as they opened their eyes, they found a personalized note reminding them just how special they are. 🌸✨

Throughout the day, the hallways have been filled with flowers, laughter, and warm embraces. Valentine’s Day isn’t just about romantic love—it’s also about friendship, kindness, and the sense of family we build in our home. 💕

Because love is found in the little things: in words of encouragement, in shared moments, and in the certainty that here, they will always find support and friendship.

💌🌹 Happy Valentine’s Day to all!

TACO RICO!!!!

Tonight, we enjoyed a very special dinner with a taste of Mexico. We gathered around the table to share delicious tacos with cheese, ground beef, and salad. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, conversations, and the warm feeling that makes our dinners together so special.

Beyond the food, these moments are a great opportunity to strengthen bonds, share stories from the day, and feel at home. There’s nothing like a good meal in great company to end the day with a smile!

Boarding Assembly: A Gathering Full of Talent and Commitment

Yesterday, we held our monthly boarding assembly, a special moment to share achievements, learn together, and celebrate the efforts of our community.

The event started with an outstanding piano performance that captivated everyone. Then, we enjoyed a vibrant presentation about the Lunar New Year, where our students explained the significance of the animals in the Chinese zodiac. After two weeks of preparation, they delivered a spectacular performance, with a beautifully decorated stage that truly brought the tradition to life. Congratulations to all the participants for their dedication and creativity!

We also took the time to recognize the winners of the November Fitness Challenge. The students who participated the most will have the exciting opportunity to visit Lausanne and enjoy a trampoline park. A well-deserved reward for their effort and commitment!

Later on, two of our House Tutors introduced Pillar 2, reinforcing our values and commitments within the community. In addition, the Charity Committee presented a new project aimed at making a positive impact through acts of kindness and generosity.

To conclude, we learned about an initiative focused on repurposing clothing. The presentation introduced a company that collects unwanted garments, remodels them, and gives them a second life—promoting sustainability and responsible consumption.

A huge thank you to all the students and staff members who made this boarding assembly possible. Your enthusiasm and dedication continue to make our community an inspiring and vibrant place. See you at the next one! 🎉👏

🎉 Congratulations to Vivi, our Boarder of the Week! 🎉

This week, we want to recognize the incredible work of Viviana, who has taken on her new role as House Representative with outstanding dedication and enthusiasm. From day one, she has exceeded all expectations, demonstrating leadership and creativity in problem-solving.

Last week, she came up with a brilliant solution to address the recurring issue of “borrowing” food without permission, helping to foster a more respectful and considerate environment in the house. Additionally, she has introduced innovative ideas to encourage punctuality and tidiness, implementing small rewards and consequences to motivate everyone to do their best.

👏 Thank you, Vivi, for your dedication and hard work! We are sure you will continue making a positive impact on our community. 💙✨

Another Great Weekend in Boarding!

From a relaxing stretching session to unwind and improve flexibility, to exciting tennis matches that put their skills to the test. We also had a fun cooking class, where they explored new recipes and showcased their culinary talents.

To top it all off, some students took advantage of Sunday to hit the slopes and enjoy a fantastic day of skiing. What an unforgettable experience!

A big thank you to everyone for your enthusiasm and participation. We look forward to another amazing weekend full of activities and special moments! 🎿🎾👩‍🍳✨

Taking Care of Ourselves to Grow

In today’s House Meeting, besides discussing important matters about the house, we talked about Pillar 3: Self-Care. But what does self-care really mean for our students?

Beyond face masks and rest days (which are great too!), self-care is everything we do to feel good inside and out. For students, this can mean many things: staying organised to avoid stress, getting enough sleep, taking breaks from screens, eating well, or even knowing when to ask for help if something is worrying them. During this stage of life, full of changes and responsibilities, learning to take care of themselves is key to performing better, feeling more confident, and enjoying daily life.

To make it more fun, we tested our knowledge with a Kahoot! (yes, that mobile quiz game that always brings out everyone’s competitive side). Between laughter and quick answers, we learned that self-care isn’t a luxury but an essential tool for academic and personal success.

We keep growing together! 💙
