Weekend Activities 😎

This weekend the girls spent time in various activities and, luckily, the weather was really nice 🌞

On Saturday, some of our girls went to La Tzoumaz for the Ski Club. They skied all day, going from slope to slope. It was a lot of fun. At the end of the day everyone was tired but very happy. We are fortunate to have such beautiful landscapes and to be able to enjoy them. 🎿

Sarah went to cooking and she prepared a delicious chocolate mousse 😋

Bruna and Sarah received unexpected gifts: flowers for both of them from special people  💐

On Sunday, some of our girls went to enjoy ice skating in Nyon. They had a great time! Elsewhere on campus, Ana Claudina helped to clean up around the school and Kate and Coco led the charge on our drive for sustainable living in Villa du Lac by doing the recycling.

The artists among us helped Miss Alison to complete the house jigsaw puzzle (we found out Miss Alison really like jigsaws!!!🤣).

Boarding Assembly ⭐

Dear all,

Today we had our monthly Boarding Assembly.
Lots of student lead content that got the girls thinking about all kind of things, from friendships and diversity to charity.

Following on from the charitable theme, we introduced “Partage” The Love. This is an action to help support people in need in the Canton of Geneva! 🙌

Our House Captains and Reps are also arranging a house activity to go to the cinema and bowling. This is will be taking place on the Sunday 12th! 🎬🎳

Last Ski Weekend! ❄☃

This weekend was our last Ski Weekend and the girls had the greatest time! 🙌
From skiing to snowboarding, snow activities and study hall, our girls say goodbye to the Mountains 🏔❄☃

Well Being – Pillar 2 Building Positive Friendships 👭

During our House Meeting this week, we talked the Well Being Pillar 2 – Building Positive Friendships. 🤗🤸‍♀️

The Takeaway point for this pillar will be:
  • What are the benefits of an international friendships?

Our girls had a great idea to show the international relationships they have around the house. 😊Here is the idea they came up with: because we all have our fingerprints, they decide to put theirs on a map, where they are from, and connect it with their roommate to show that they are from different side of the world and that boarding gave them the opportunity to create international friendships! 🤝🏻

It is so important and such a fantastic idea that we had to put it in the house! 🙌

Football Tournament!

Yesterday, our girls played against Los Manitos 2 for the Football Tournament. ⚽🤗
Despite the result and the cold ❄ our girls did very well! 👏

We are, as always, very proud of them for always taking part on the Tournaments and House Competitions! 🙌💖
