🏅 A group of 8 IBCP students are taking part in a fantastic challenge this week hosted by Les Roches Global Hospitality Education – Switzerland
🍽️ Supervised by experts, they had a week to prepare the best dining experience possible: from decorating a pop-up restaurant, to planning, cooking, and serving a 3-course meal for 8 demanding judges, including the Director General of Les Roches and a team of hospitality specialists.
