The term came to a heartwarming close with a delightful Secret Santa celebration at Terray. The girls truly enjoyed this festive and convivial moment together, sharing laughter and surprises that brought them closer as a community.Moments like these are priceless, filling the house with warmth and joy, and reminding us of the special bonds we share.

A massive thank you to Mr. Ronan for organising a fantastic evening that entertained our junior boarders with a brilliantly planned quiz! The prizes were outstanding and kept the students excited and engaged throughout the night. The top rewards included gold, silver, and bronze prizes for the first, second, and third-place winners, which brought the competition to an entirely new level.
Adding to the excitement, Mr. Ronan introduced a prize wheel, spinning it throughout the game to award smaller prizes, making the experience even more thrilling and unpredictable.
Honestly, this was one of the most enjoyable quiz nights we’ve had in a long time. The students were happy, and the event created a wonderful opportunity for them to bond and share a memorable moment together. Thank you once again, Mr. Ronan, for making it such a special evening!
A fabulous winter show showcased the incredible talents of our students, with captivating performances of Christmas songs, an outstanding orchestra and choir. The evening was further enriched by exceptional ballet and hip-hop routines presented by the contemporary dance students. Tonight’s show was truly entertaining and a delight to watch. Our boarder, Jade, was part of the choir, and her beautiful singing added a special touch to the evening.

This weekend, we enjoyed a variety of activities, including horse riding, cooking, hip-hop dancing, climbing, shopping in Geneva for Secret Santa gifts or the upcoming Winter Ball next weekend, playing tennis, painting with Paint, and visiting the ice rink in Versoix.
On top of that, the girls did an incredible job in the Gingerbread House competition, creating a representation of Terray House with some impressive details. We thoroughly enjoyed completing this challenge together and are eagerly looking forward to the results!

This evening, we enjoyed a delicious Greek dinner at home, marking the last of our 2024 dinners at home! It was wonderful to savor such tasty food and spend some time together here, instead of in the dining hall.

This evening was packed with excitement as we attended our monthly boarding assembly, enjoyed a Norwegian international dinner, and baked cookies at home for the Grade 8 baking competition!
In our assembly, we were reminded that this coming week, we celebrate the “Excellence” aspect of our RISE values, appreciating all students who go above and beyond in and outside the classroom.
Our Norwegian dinner was a unique and wonderful culinary experience, with roasted potatoes, Norwegian meatballs, a vegetable medley, cured salmon, and to top if off, a delicious cinnamon roll for dessert!
Once we returned home, we started baking cookies for the grade 8 baking competition, using festive cookie cutters and all of our creativity to make delightful treats to share with classmates.
Another fantastic performance by our boarders! Learning an instrument and performing in front of an audience can be a challenging experience, but the students showcased impressive skills and delivered an entertaining and memorable show.
