Tonight, our weekly international dinner was made even more special, as we enjoyed it outdoors in the beautiful Concha garden! We had Brazilian salad with avocado, corn, and tomato, and delicious PΓ£o de queijo (a small cheese bread) for starters. For our main, we chose between chicken or pork Feijoada, a traditional Brazilian stew with black beans. Our dessert options were incredible, as we had both Brigadeiros (a fudgey truffle ball) and some creamy ice cream to help cool us down. What a treat!
