Twice a week, we come together as a house to play a game, allowing the girls to bond, create memorable moments, and enjoy their social time. Yesterday’s game had us all in fits of laughter as the girls took turns acting out different people in the house while the rest of us tried to guess who they were impersonating. It was a truly fun and lighthearted evening! Moments like these at Terray are always cherished and welcomed. 😊🎭✨
We had a fantastic assembly this evening, featuring a wonderful play by our students who acted out the story of the Chinese zodiac! How each animal was chosen and what they represent for each month of the year.
Following the play, two exciting announcements were made. First, we proudly celebrated Victoire, who secured second place in the ski race, earning an impressive 120 points for our boarding house. This achievement has placed us in third position so far! Secondly, for the November fitness challenge, Julia was recognized as the most dedicated participant and won a well-deserved day trip to the trampoline park.
Competitions like these bring great excitement, motivating students to earn points and prizes for the boarding house. We wrapped up the evening with a delicious Lebanese dinner—one of my favorite cuisines!
A massive thank you to our Director of Boarding for rewarding our boarders with a gift voucher to purchase one or two books of their choice. This initiative recognises students who have consistently shown a strong interest in daily reading and have diligently kept a record of their books.
In boarding, we strive to promote reading as a lifelong habit, and we will continue to encourage this practice with future rewards. More winners will be announced! but in the meantime, we congratulate Julia, Eve, and Jade for being the first recipients of this well-deserved recognition!

This evening, we had a wonderful time celebrating the Lunar New Year! The girls enjoyed making beautiful lanterns, savouring delicious dumplings, and sharing heartfelt stories to mark this special occasion.

This weekend was filled with good times! The girls invited friends over, we enjoyed a cozy movie night, and they participated in several exciting activities Saturday & Sunday.
The mild weather on Saturday was perfect for an afternoon in Geneva. We strolled through the streets, visited shops, and paused to enjoy a warm coffee together! it was such a lovely outing!
On Sunday, some of the girls visited our local ice rink, where they had a great time gliding on the ice and sharing smiles.
Overall, it was a fantastic weekend—5/5! We absolutely love our weekends together. 💖
We are thrilled to welcome back our girls after a well-deserved winter break. The house is once again buzzing with life, filled with stories of their vacations and the joy of reuniting with their boarding friends. It’s heartwarming to see them settle back into their rooms, catching up and sharing laughs with one another.
