Romeo & Juliet

What a performance it has been! A huge well done to all the performers for this outstanding production of Romeo and Juliet. The talent, emotion, and energy brought to the stage were truly unforgettable.I thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment from start to finish. The outdoor set added a unique and atmospheric touch, making the experience even more special. Bravo to everyone involved.

Sunny weekend! ☀️

Over the weekend, the girls enjoyed spending time with friends and family, taking part in fun activities such as watersports (including wakeboarding), tennis, cooking, and horse riding. They also had the chance to visit Geneva and relax at the Concha pool, where they enjoyed the fresh air, soaked up the sun, and cooled off with a refreshing swim.
To top it all off, we were proud to see Julia perform in the orchestra during the graduation ceremony – what a fantastic achievement!
Best wishes,

Happy Birthday, Victoire! 🌹🎂🥳

Today, Victoire turned 14! We had an incredible time celebrating this lovely girl all together, with the house fully decorated by Ms. Rym and lots of treats on the table to share over the laughter, dancing, and music.

Happiest of birthdays to you, Victoire! We love you and wish you all the best for another fantstic year of life.

International Dinner – Brazil! 🇧🇷

Tonight, our weekly international dinner was made even more special, as we enjoyed it outdoors in the beautiful Concha garden! We had Brazilian salad with avocado, corn, and tomato, and delicious Pão de queijo (a small cheese bread) for starters. For our main, we chose between chicken or pork Feijoada, a traditional Brazilian stew with black beans. Our dessert options were incredible, as we had both Brigadeiros (a fudgey truffle ball) and some creamy ice cream to help cool us down. What a treat!

Dinner at Home – America 🇺🇸

For our final dinner at home this year, we were treated to an American feast of burgers, fries, and, of course, donuts for dessert! As it was our last dinner at home for the year, we took extra time to slow down, savor the moments, and reminisce about all the fun we’ve had, and progress we’ve made.

Dinners at home have not only been a chance to try more delicious international food, they’ve been an incredible opportunity to sit together as a house, in our own home, and share a meal and deep conversation.

Here’s to a wonderful year of memories, food, and fun together!

Final Moments of an Unforgettable Journey 🚴🚴

Here are a few snapshots capturing the final leg of our students’ incredible cycling trip and what a journey it has been! This experience has been truly memorable, offering our middle school students a powerful lesson in endurance, commitment, and what’s possible when you challenge yourself. The sense of achievement was palpable, and many of the students have already said they’d love to do it again next year!

We are so proud of every single participant who took part in this adventure. A huge thank you goes to our amazing Activities Coordinator, Mr. Mike, whose dedication and planning made this opportunity possible.

After such a rewarding few days, we’re sure everyone will sleep very well tonight!

A Wonderful Weekend with Maya at Boarding⋆。˚☀️

We had a fantastic weekend with Maya, who joined us in boarding for the week! She embraced the experience wholeheartedly and participated in all the activities with great enthusiasm.

We made delicious cupcakes and a pear and cinnamon cake together. In the evening, the CDB boys joined us for a relaxed movie night, where we watched the classic film School of Rock, always a hit!

On Sunday morning, we were lucky to have much better weather. We started the day with a lovely brunch, then the girls joined me for the gardening club, followed by a few hours of fun at the Concha swimming pool. Meanwhile, Jade spent the day out enjoying time with her day student friend. Middle school girls continued their 2nd day cycling adventure!!
