Homemade whole wheat bread by Eva D!!

There is one food that definitely unites most of the civilizations of the world: bread.Throughout recorded history  it has been a prominent food in large parts of the world and is one of the oldest man-made foods, having been of significant importance to  households and often the only food parents could provide to their children in times of despair.

The carbohydrates which are rich provide energy and nourishment just to face the day, they also contain proteins, salts and vitamins essential for the proper functioning of the body.

And what better than homemade whole wheat bread…New Portena bakes!!
