Last Wednesday I had the opportunity to go and see Regina’s Cheerleading practice, here are some pictures of the training that she is doing in order to face Nationals fully prepared.

Today we had such an unusual and funny dinner where we could see parodies of celebrities and famous personages. Each boarding house tried to do their best! We had a lot of fun. Everyone enjoyed 🙂

On the 27th of January, Leman Bleu Sport TV Channel, went to our practice and they made a small report about Odyssey Team that represents Geneva and how we prepare for the Championships.

“ATHLETES LIFT WEIGHTS, CHEERLEADERS LIFT ATHLETES”

On Saturday, after Geneva time, we spent a couple of hours all together where we had music, lots of foods and laughter. Here are some pictures of the party:

 On Saturday 3 of our girls, Sofya, Julia and Hibiki, went to visit the Patek Philippe Museum.  

Here is what Sofya thought about her visit: “I was amazed by what I saw there! thank you so much ! incredibly beautiful 🙂“

What better way to spend a lovely Sunday afternoon than to take a stroll by the lake nearby?  Selena and Yulia paid a visit to the swans, who seemed quite hungry! 

Did you know…

• Swans are not greedy creatures and will only eat what they need (but mould is poisonous to them so if you  give them bread make sure it is fresh!)
• Swans can sleep standing on one leg or whilst floating, usually with their heads tucked back under a wing.
• Swans mate for life. If a mate is lost then the surviving mate will go through a grieving process like humans do, after which it will either stay where it is on its own, fly off and find a new stretch of water to live on.
