No school today!

Today we didn’t have school because our teachers were meeting with tutors and parents. We went to the botanical gardens and Geneva center. The weather was nice. Mr Robertson enjoyed seeing the spring time flowers in the gardens. I think the rest of us preferred going to Geneva!

Here we are in the botanical gardens:

Changes

One of the rules that has changed recently is that we can order pizza during the week. Here we are enjoying pizza night in Champ des Bois.

Another awesome change in Champ des Bois is that the beds and furniture are going to be changed after the Easter holidays. We can’t wait to see it! We will put pictures on the blog to show you too.

Paper planes

Today was a really nice day because the weather started getting warmer and nicer, so we decided to have some fun on our free time and make a paper plane competition. We threw them from my room because it is the best room in the boarding house (to throw paper planes from the window) And I actually won the competition!!!!!!!!!!!. I really enjoyed it and I hope we will do this kind of activities more often.

Brazilian night

We just got back from Planeta Rodizio, a brazilian restaurant. We had such a great time, it was really nice to show all my housemates the cuisine of Brazil. I loved the food, especially the meat and it makes me really happy to know that my housemates enjoyed it too. I would like to thank Romolo for this great night, we are all so grateful to you!

A sporting success

I really like sport. Every week we go to the sports dome on Wednesday at 6 o’clock. Sometimes we play hockey or basketball, but my favourite sport is football. I’m very good at football. I enjoy playing it, I could play football all day and all night!

A tasty brunch.

This weekend we went to brunch and saw that what Mr Usher had said about our meals improving was true – the brunch as we had known it is now not existing!

First, now , instead of  coming for brunch at an appointed time you can come at any time you want between 9.30 and 11.30. Also, the menu had totally changed – instead of just a few dishes there was a huge variety of different foods and desserts.

It was very amazing and tasty!

The boys are back in town!

We are back! The boys have all returned from what seems to have been a very enjoyable break. It’s hard to believe that a week has passed already and the February break is already within sight (not that anybody is counting)!

The boys are now back in to the swing of things, we are all looking forward to some enjoyable activities and rewarding high grades in school this marking period!
