Building Healthy Habits: A Sweet Start to Our Wellbeing Journey

This week at the boarding house, we had a house meeting focused on the 4th wellbeing pillar: healthy habits. We explored the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle, from staying active to eating nutritious foods and getting enough rest. It was a great opportunity for everyone to share their tips and ideas on how to incorporate healthy habits into our daily routines, and it sparked some insightful conversations. The discussions were not only engaging but also practical, offering small yet effective changes that everyone could start implementing right away.

As tradition goes, after every house meeting, we treated ourselves to something sweet, and this week’s treat was waffles! The warm, fluffy waffles were the perfect way to end our meeting, allowing everyone to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. It’s always nice to have these moments to relax, bond, and celebrate our little victories in creating a more balanced and mindful lifestyle.
