This weekend has been full of activities. Our girls got to choose between many activities such as tennis, running club, chess club, cooking, golf, etc.

Last Friday, our boarding school was filled with excitement and energy as we hosted our Color Run! Students and staff came together for an unforgettable day filled with laughter, teamwork, and, of course, an explosion of colors.
The Color Run wasn’t just about getting messy; it was a celebration of health, unity, and school spirit. Events like this remind us of the importance of staying active while also having fun.

Sophia’s Birthday!

Last Wednesday, Portena girls reunited to celebrate Sophia’s birthday. Her friends shared a delicious cheesecake and spent a nice time enjoying each other’s company. It was a simple yet meaningful gathering that emphasized the strong friendships they have built during their time together.
House meeting and House captains!🙌
The weekly house meeting is a great opportunity for students and house parents to come together and discuss important matters. Today we started the meeting deciding those who are going to be our house captains.
House captains in a boarding school play a vital leadership role within their respective houses. Typically chosen for their strong character and commitment to their peers, they act as a bridge between students and house staff.

Marifer’s Birthday!🤩
I wanted to share with you how amazing Marifer’s birthday was. This special student was glowing all day, surrounded by friends who shared the moment with so much love. The most magical moment was, without a doubt, when she blew out the candles on the cake. She looked so happy and focused as she made her wish; I’m sure it was a very meaningful moment for her.

Welcome Barbecue🤩
Last Tuesday, we had the school’s welcome barbecue, and it was an amazing day. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was super festive. Parents, teachers, and students were all mingling, sharing laughs and conversations.
The kids had a blast running around the yard and making new friends. Meanwhile, the adults caught up, chatting about the start of the school year, classes, and future plans. It was the perfect opportunity to get to know the new families, and for the teachers, it was a special occasion to interact with parents in a more relaxed setting.
There was no shortage of music, and by the end of the afternoon, some even felt like dancing a bit. As we said our goodbyes, it was clear that this barbecue had not only filled us with good food but also with great memories.
We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Ashley’s brirthday!!!🎂
Yesterday in Portena we had the celebration of Ashley’s birthday. The girls came downstairs to surprise her and to be part of this special day.
Lights went out and we all started singing “Happy Birthday” to this wonderful student.
Ashley made a wish when blowing the candles, we hope her wish comes true!😁🎂
First dinner in the house!🏠🍴
Once a month we will be hosting a dinner in Portena. This time we got Italian food: lasagna and tiramisu.
The girls enjoyed a lot this dinner because we were all together and it was a nice opportunity to talk to each other for a long time.
We are looking forward for the next one!!😁
Meeting and baking night!🧁
Last night all the girls were reunited for our weekly meeting in the house. We talked about many important things concerning organization and rules.
After the meeting, it was time for baking. Ms.Fana and Ms.Lauriane were in charge of the baking part but we all tried a piece of the amazing marble cake. Love was the most important ingredient of the recipe.
