Happy Holidays from the Saint Loup Team! See You in 2025!

We took a break from packing to celebrate Micha’s 18th birthday. We wish you the best!
The Winter Ball at College du Leman was truly magical β¨. The ballroom sparkled with twinkling lights and dresses, setting the perfect stage for an unforgettable evening π―οΈ.
Girls arrived in stunning dresses π, and the night was filled with laughter π, dancing π, and special moments.
A big shoutout to the Saint-Loup boys’ house, who looked dashing in their suits and made the night even more memorable! ππ«
But what really made the night memorable was the sense of community π€. From helping each other with outfits to dancing together, it was a perfect reminder of the strong bonds we share at Saint-Loup β€οΈ. Canβt wait for next yearβs ball! π
Yesterday, we came together to celebrate the holiday season in the most heartwarming way. We chose this Wednesday so that we could all gather and share this special moment as a group.
We organized a Secret Santa, adding a touch of mystery and fun to our day. To set the holiday mood, we played a cozy Christmas movie on the TV and enjoyed delicious hot chocolates, panettone, and plenty of laughter.
Here are a few photos capturing the joy of our celebration. And of course, what are the holidays without a little bit of drama? Letβs just say the cookies didnβt turn out as planned… I may have almost set off the fire alarm with how badly I burned them! π
Thank you, girls, for everything, you are truly amazing, and we love you all so much. We are incredibly happy to be spending this year with you. Wishing you nothing but the very best for the new year ahead, because you deserve nothing less. β€οΈ
To honour the rich Genevan tradition of l’Escalade de GenΓ¨ve, both Saint-Loup villas joined in the festivities by breaking the symbolic marmite (cauldron). Filled with candies and marzipan fruits and vegetables, the marmite represents the hot pots used by the people of Geneva in 1602 to repel the Savoyard invaders.
Following tradition, the youngest and oldest members of each house broke the marmite together, proudly proclaiming: “Ainsi pΓ©rissent les ennemis de la RΓ©publique!” π¨π
This joyful celebration was a meaningful way for our students to connect with local history and culture while indulging in some delicious treats.
This evening, we had the pleasure of sharing a magical moment with the girls as we set up the Christmas tree together. With laughter, songs, and sparkling ornaments, the holiday spirit slowly filled the room, creating memories weβll cherish all season long!
On Saturday, Sofiya and Maria volunteered at the Samedi du Partage charity event, which supports those in need. Positioned at store entrances, they urged shoppers to contribute items. ππ
Choetsho took part in a Pilates session, embracing the opportunity to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It was a wonderful way to focus on personal well-being, and her dedication to staying active is truly inspiring! β¨π€ΈββοΈ

The girls also visited the charming Christmas market in Montreux, where they were immersed in the festive atmosphere. With twinkling lights, cozy stalls, and the scent of seasonal treats filling the air, it was the perfect way to embrace the holiday spirit. They enjoyed exploring the market, soaking in the festive cheer, and discovering unique gifts and decorations. It was a magical experience, adding to the joy of the season. ππ π
