Tonight at Saint Loup, we enjoyed a tasty Brazilian dinner. On the menu, we had shrimps with kara coconut sauce, served with white rice and sweet potato, and a mix of chili, coriander, and bell peppers that gave everything a great kick of flavor.
Brazil is such a fascinating country. Did you know it’s the largest country in South America and the fifth largest in the world? It’s also home to the Amazon rainforest, which produces around 20% of the world’s oxygen. And of course, Brazil is famous for football, samba, and carnival—the biggest street party in the world.
It was a colorful dinner that brought a little taste of Brazil right to our table. 🇧🇷✨
