It’s that time of year again! As winter break approaches, our boarding house is getting ready to take a little pause.

It’s been an unforgettable few months here at the boarding house. From cozy evenings in the common areas to group activities and impromptu hangouts, this place has been a home for all of us. Whether you’ve spent hours in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or shared stories in the lounge, it’s the people and the moments that have made this term special.

For now, it’s time to hit pause, recharge, and take a well-deserved break. Whether you’re heading back to family, taking a winter trip, or simply enjoying some downtime, we hope you get the chance to unwind and reflect on everything you’ve accomplished this term. The break is your time to relax, and we’ll be here when you’re ready to dive back into the next chapter.

The Winter Ball at College du Leman was truly magical ✨. The ballroom sparkled with twinkling lights and dresses, setting the perfect stage for an unforgettable evening 🕯️.

Girls arrived in stunning dresses 👗, and the night was filled with laughter 😄, dancing 💃, and special moments.

A big shoutout to the Saint-Loup boys’ house, who looked dashing in their suits and made the night even more memorable! 😎💫

But what really made the night memorable was the sense of community 🤝. From helping each other with outfits to dancing together, it was a perfect reminder of the strong bonds we share at Saint-Loup ❤️. Can’t wait for next year’s ball! 🎉

On Saturday, Sofiya and Maria volunteered at the Samedi du Partage charity event, which supports those in need. Positioned at store entrances, they urged shoppers to contribute items. 🛒🛍

Choetsho took part in a Pilates session, embracing the opportunity to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It was a wonderful way to focus on personal well-being, and her dedication to staying active is truly inspiring! ✨🤸‍♀️

The Saint-Loup boys had a fantastic time go-karting as a house activity! It was a great opportunity for friendly competition, teamwork, and lots of laughter. The adrenaline rush and shared excitement made for an unforgettable experience, strengthening their bond and creating lasting memories. 🏎 🏎 🏁🏁

The girls also visited the charming Christmas market in Montreux, where they were immersed in the festive atmosphere. With twinkling lights, cozy stalls, and the scent of seasonal treats filling the air, it was the perfect way to embrace the holiday spirit. They enjoyed exploring the market, soaking in the festive cheer, and discovering unique gifts and decorations. It was a magical experience, adding to the joy of the season. 🎄🎅🎁

As the academic year unfolds, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our students. Your resilience and commitment have been inspiring, and we recognize that this can be a demanding time. Our first dinner at the boarding house was a special and cozy gathering, marking the start of our monthly tradition. Held within the comfort of our house, the evening was filled with laughter and conversation as students, both new and returning, bonded over a delicious meal. These monthly dinners are a cherished opportunity to come together, strengthen our sense of community, and create lasting memories within our boarding family.
