Autumn has arrived, the leaves are starting to fall, it is no longer warm and the weather invites us to look for other things to enjoy this time of the year. The girls have taken advantage of this weekend to be more in the house, but without getting bored! The girls have been making homemade biscuits, practising concentration and patience in building flowers with lego and have found time to try impossible tiktoks, but always with lots of fun.

We have had a great weekend and we are almost thinking about the holidays.

We have had an amazing weekend in the mountains. Verbier was our destination for a weekend together and we had a great time.

We enjoyed good company, good food, we had a great time and it was a lot of fun. Looking forward to the next one!!

The first weekend of the year and we already feel at home!!

The girls have enjoyed a great weekend tidying and decorating their rooms and getting to know each other; already the vibes of the house are amazing.

There was time for everything, a bit of active life doing bodyshapping, pilates and stretching, our Sunday brunch to recover some energy and Saturday Movie night to chill and relax sharing popcorn, homemade strawberries with chocolate and ice cream.

No doubt it is just the beginning of a wonderful year!

A great effort from the girls doing push-ups! Marusya proudly did 33 and Gabi reach 22. Good job girls!! We will continue trying hard!!

Today has been day 6 in our challenge, we have had 2 brave girls trying to hold a squat. We probably won’t be the winners but we have tried hard! Well done and good job to Zia and Martina.

Today we have celebrated in the house Maslenitsa, a Russian tradition which celebrates the waking of the earth, banishing winter and welcoming spring. We have shared in the House a nice moment together, as tradition says, we have cooked pancakes and written down something to leave behind, which normally will be burnt, but we will plant in our garden to grow nice flowers from them.

It was a nice moment of sharing, and the pancakes were delicious.

Today is the International Day of Persons with Disability. We have made a bit of reflection and a small exercise in the house be aware of barriers that people with disabilities suffer in their daily routine, and see where they can find difficulties. Girls were quite involved on this and a great moment to share experiences and make a reflection.

A very active weekend for the girls. Our 3 brave girls, Martina, Zia and Gabi have run l’Escalade, Well done girls, we are so proud of you and your courage.

But there was also time to enjoy the Montreux Christmas market, a wonderful ocasion to visit this amazing place by the lake and enjoy the Christmas ambience already. The girls enjoyed so much and had the chance to buy some presents.
